The Company's management team has over 50 years combined experience in the financing industry as well as extensive   experience in all types of leasing transactions-both domestically and internationally. Richard C. Cosse, Managing Partner  and  founder, has over 30 years of international and investment banking experience in all areas of structured finance and  leasing.  Mr. Cosse was Director of Leasing for SG Cowen Securities Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Societe Generale;  Managing  Director of the Apogee Finance Group, Inc., an operating leasing affiliate of KLM; and General Manager of Irving  Leasing Corporation, now Bank of NY Leasing, a lessor of capital equipment and real estate   worldwide.
